Sincerity is the great factor for us in our life. Whatever we do, don’t expect that lying is the best way to cover our weaknesses. Human is always like that, we are not perfect forever. But we can motivate and inspiring ourselves to be better than yesterday.

As a tutor, you will always not a perfect human. All you need to do is to improve yourself in order to deliver the best tutoring way for your student.

Sometimes, I also have difficulties that I don’t know how to solve the question. What I do is apologizing for cannot answer on that time. Then make a promise to give the solution on the next class.

I’m sure that your student will accept it. However, don’t forget your promise or you will get a pretty smack down from them, haha… Remember always!

I am working as a pert time tutor after finished my degree. Three months before the Graduation Day, I’m offered by my friend to replace her job as a home tutor.

I’m very excited to get the chance to gain money. Anyhow, it was the first time for me to teach two pupils from primary and secondary level. Starting from that, I am available and ready to be hired as a home tutor.

A year later, there are a lot of opportunities opened for me to be a tutor even I already got my permanent job. Not just as a home tutor but also a tuition centre tutor. Oh, what a good job! I’m really excited on doing that till I received the payment at the end of the month…

It’s too sad to say because I just get around RM100 for that month. I really not satisfied with it. I have been tired to teach for almost along weekdays (7.45pm – 9.45pm). I’m going by bus to go to the tuition centre for every class after working hour…always exhausted..!

But then I realized that I’m not too sincere to be a tutor. I just keep focusing on getting for money only, and then I felt pressure by the bad scenario. Only after I change my focus to deliver the best tutoring quality for my students then everything become alright.

So, what I can be concluded here? Getting money is not the best thing to be focus. Deliver your best tutoring quality then everything will follow you as what you desired for. Believe me!

Responsibility is the must do thing whenever you want your child improving their study. Well, I have the experience on it!

As a parent, you have the solid responsibility to co-operate with your child’s tutor to make things done. For the responsibility parents, they will check their child’s performance everyday. If they think their child’s lack of performance, they have the right to have a discussion with the child’s tutor.

The responsibility parents will always have the initiative way to improve their child. They are willing to cooperate with the tutor on helping their child to do their homework. They are ready to scold their child if they don’t want to do their homework.

Sometimes they would ask the tutor to solve their children problems and sharing on the best way that they thought about it. This kind of ways will help tutor so much as to keep improving the child’s performance on their teaching strategies.

Somehow, tutor needs all this information as to change the teaching technique till the child’s can catch up all the info. This will make the child learn by the right level that was very well prepared for them. Isn’t look nice?

This is one of the most important things to do, knowing your child’s tutor. Do you know why?

Starting from you knows who your child’s tutor is, and then you must know a little bit about the tutor. Yes, it’s important for you to know their experience on doing this job also about their background studies.

However, there will be much more special for you if you know the tutor’s life background, their lifestyle etc. This will helps you to know more about their behavior that can turn your child perception of excellent studying. Treating them as your family/ friends will make her/ him feel more comfortable with your family.

By this strong rapport, I’m pretty sure that your child’s tutor will keep respecting you and appreciated on all what you have done. Thus let them help you to teach your child very well through the good manner. Also he/ she can guide your child to get the great achievement by some motivational words along their tuition hours.

Same as a mentor, tutor will give your child much more learning experience for your child to go through. The beauty of it is you can see the colorful studying achievement whenever you keep the right and inspiring tutor to guide your child.

Let the tutor having the 3 months period as to keep knowing them very well align with your child’s performance. Then you know the power of it!
